Reflecting at the End of the Financial Year

It's been four months since going full-time with Ozzy Software. I've made more decisions in this time than in the previous four years combined. It's been hard graft, and plenty of new stressors, but it's been a brilliant ride! I've learnt a tremendous amount, not least about myself and what kind of company I'd like Ozzy Software to be.

Without embarrassing anyone, I would like to say a big thank you to all of you who have supported Ozzy Software.

And to our clients: thank you for trusting us with your work. It is a responsibility we don't take lightly.

It's a remarkable time to be building software. The pace of progress in our industry has been extraordinary, with AI and agentic tooling opening possibilities that could only have been imagined just a few short years ago.

It's a privilege to be running a software development company.
